The Pro Collective is our tight-knit community of outdoor industry professionals who are the backbone of the world's mountain communities. The ones who make the mountains safer, mentor tomorrow's riders, and keep the outdoors open to everyone. They rely on our award-winning products to do their best work.

To be eligible to join The Pro Collective and access exclusive pricing, you must actively be working in one of the following roles:

Ski Instructors
Mountain Guides
Resort Patrollers
Team/Club Coaches
Search Rescue
Outdoor Industry & Brand Professionals

TPC Proof of Employment Rules and Requirements

To ensure your application is processed quickly and avoid delays, please double-check that your documentation meets our general rules and matches your specific category below.

Missing or invalid documentation can result in longer processing times or the rejection of your application.

General Rules

Name match: The name on the supporting document must exactly match the name of the applicant.

Valid Dates: Your documentation must clearly show the current or upcoming winter season. Expired documents will not be accepted.

Legibility: Files must be clear and readable.

Sensitive Information: For your privacy, please blur out all sensitive or financial information before submitting your documents.

UNITED STATES:

Active PSIA-AASI membership card

CANADA:

26/27 CSIA membership card. 
Note: Course certificates are only valid if completed during this ongoing season. Paystubs or general resort employee passes are strictly not accepted.

UK:

Active BASI Digital License featuring a clear and scannable QR code.

FRANCE:

Carte Professionnelle 

OTHER EUROPE:
  • Official national instructor association card valid for the current season, or
  • a recent paystub (dated within 30-60 days) showing ski school name, or
  • a signed contract for the upcoming or current season.
GLOBAL:

Valid UIAGM / IFMGA card with current calendar year hologram sticker.

US:

Current AMGA card or certificate (Ski Discipline only). Scope of practice other than “Mountain Guide” does not qualify.

CANADA:

Current ACMG Mountain Guide Card.

A recent paystub dated within the last 30-60 days showing the retailer's name

A Pro Program application submitted from a corporate email domain (e.g., @brand.com),

OR a recent paystub from an outdoor brand.

US:

NSP card

CANADA:

Canadian Ski Patroller Card 

EUROPE:

Current paystub explicitly listing your role as "Patroller."

Current paystub showing a ski-operational department.

OR an application submitted from a resort email domain (eg. @skiresort.com).

A paystub or official employment letter confirming paid employment at an environmental or outdoor NGO.

OR an application submitted via a recognized organization email domain (e.g., @ngo.com).

US:

Active USSS membership card

CANADA:

Active Alpine Canada membership card

EUROPE:

Current, active coaching certification card,
OR a valid seasonal paystub showing the club name that explicitly lists "Coach" position details.

US ONLY:

Active USSS competitor membership card for the current season.

Category unavailable for Canadian or European applicants.

ACCEPTED:

Valid ID card or certificate showing active membership in an official mountain rescue group.

EXCLUDED:

Police, firefighters, military, ambulance/EMT, and sea rescue do not qualify. This tier is strictly for mountainous terrain operations.
