1. Are the skier featured in the submitted video edit
2. Are not currently sponsored - If you are receiving money as part of a contract beyond equipment and travel support, you are by definition a “pro” and no longer eligible. If you get free skis, clothing, or assistance with travel costs you are not classified as a professional athlete and are eligible to enter this contest.
3. The decision of Faction regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
4. Faction reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
5. Faction is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Faction’s Privacy Policy
6. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Faction or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
7. Faction reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
8. All contestants grant Faction Skis "Faction" the perpetual license to copy, edit, display, publish and make available their submission materials and agree that Faction may publish their names in connection with this contest.
9. Copyright of the submitted video remains with the respective contestant. However, in consideration of winning one of the prizes, each contestant grants a worldwide royalty-free perpetual license to Faction to feature any or all of the submitted materials in any and all media for publicity and marketing purposes. This implies that any entry can be used for promotional purposes.
10. Submissions will open on the 12th of January 2026 and close on the 18th of April 2026 at 23:59 CET / 3:59 PM MT.
11. 4 finalists will be selected from the pool of entries and announced early April 2026. 2 freestyle-dominant and 2 freeride-dominant edits.
12. Winners will be announced in mid-April 2026 (final date to be confirmed). Winners must respond and accept the Prize within 5 days from the announcement. Failing this, the Organizers may select another Winner from the Competition, and you will lose the Prize for failing to respond within the 5-day allotment.
