If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange; providing it is in a saleable condition. The product(s) must be in new condition and with the original packaging. If the product has been damaged, used (including skis that have been mounted) or has had the labels removed, it will not be possible for us to issue a refund.
If you wish to exchange an item, we encourage you to process a return and place a new order, as we cannot hold stock while an exchange is being processed.
When returning a product, please include the original packaging. Take care to pack the product correctly to avoid damage during transit. We recommend returning the product using a tracked delivery service. Upon receiving the product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as the original order.
NOTE: Please do not ship to shipper address until you have been given a return number and advised to do so. This is very important! Our warehouse is shared with other awesome companies and although we like them, we don’t want your returns ending up on their shelves!
