Kelly wins Halfpipe Gold - FIS World Cup Copper

This weekend Copper mountain hosted the return of the Halfpipe World Cup. On a super cold day, both Kelly Sildaru and Devin Logan qualified for the Women's finals.

On Kelly's return to the halfpipe, dropping in for the first time in two and half months, she opened up her scoring with a 89.50 on her first run, before smashing her second run with a masterclass it technicality and style, throwing down three 9s, two of them back to back. Such a clean run earned Kelly 93.00 points and a deserved first gold medal in a World Cup Halfpipe event.

Devin earned her highest score of the day on her third run, claiming 6th place with a total of 73.75 points.
