Win a Verbier Ski Pass
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This competition (the “Competition”) is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside within the EU and Switzerland. The Competition is organized by The Faction Collective SA (the “Organizer”).
- You (the “Entrant”) may enter the Competition by completing the designated competition form and subscribing to the Faction newsletter subscriber lists (“Registering”).

To qualify, the Entrant may be an existing subscriber or a new subscriber to Faction, but must have filled out one of the forms listed at 3.
- The prize (the “Prize”) consists of a day ski pass for the Verbier 4 Valleys Resort for the 2025/26 season. 5 winners in total.
- Entry to the Competition closes on 10 January 2026. After this date, five winners (each a “Winner”) will be selected through a computer-generated random draw.
- Winners will be notified by email. Each Winner must respond and accept the Prize within 5 calendar days from the date of notification. If a Winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative Winner using the same process described above.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Organizer reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as permitted by law, the Organizer, its agents, or distributors will not be liable to compensate any Winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the Prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Organizer, its agents, distributors, or employees.
- The Organizer is committed to protecting Entrants’ privacy and will only use personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and its Privacy Policy.
- By Registering, all Entrants confirm that they accept these Terms and Conditions and agree that any personal information provided with their entry may be used by the Organizer, its agents, and suppliers to administer the Competition.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
