Frequently Asked Questions

December 10th, is our recommended cutoff for holiday orders. Please note that delivery times depend on your location. We do not offer a guarantee on exact arrival dates once the carrier has your package, ordering by the 10th gives it the best possible chance to arrive on time.

Shipping is free for all orders over $500, which covers the majority of our skis.

For orders under $500, our flat rates are:

  • $19 for large items
  • $9 for small items

During the gifting period we extend our return policy period. All orders placed from November 1st - December 31st will be eligible for a return until January 31st (included).

If the recipient wants to submit a return, the easiest method is for whoever placed the order to submit a return request. 

Return conditions:

  • New and unused.
  • Complete, including any accessories supplied.
  • In their original product packaging, with labels and tags attached.
  • Free from damage, alterations or signs of use.

Complete the return request form in your preferred language:

Have the following ready:

  • Your order number.
  • The name on the order.
  • The email address used to place the order.
  • The products you wish to return.
