適切なスキーポールの長さを見つけることは、最適なパフォーマンスに不可欠です。角度のルールを利用してください：スキーポールを逆さにして、バスケットのすぐ下を握ります。肘は快適に腰の近くにあり、腕の角度は90度であるべきです。
ポールがない場合は、肘を90度に曲げた状態で巻尺を使い、雪に沈む分として2インチを加えてください。
（パークスキーの場合、短いポールはバランスを助け、干渉を避けます。）

"I’m an expert skier based in Telluride who does lots of in-bounds hike-to terrain as well as backcountry skiing, and these are my go-to poles.
