The crew featured in this segment have topped podiums at the Olympics, the X Games, Dew Tour, World Cups and everywhere else in between, racking up a collective 58 pro-level medals between them, and counting.
Away from the judges, the floodlights and the pressures of the competition stage, the crew set their sights on shredding together to produce one of the most fun, upbeat terrain park segments of the year. The aim: Showcase the insane level that women’s park skiing has risen to and inspire the next generation to push the bar higher.

ATHLETES
The youngest champion in X Games history, Kelly is no stranger to podiums. In the 2019 X Games, Kelly scooped medals in all 3 freeski disciplines – the only athlete to accomplish this feat in Winter X Games history – highlighted by a near-perfect 99/100 score in slopestyle.
Growing up in Estonia, where the highest mountain is merely 318m, her accomplishments are astonishing. Kelly’s young age and incredible skill means she is considered both a prodigy and a pioneer at the same time.
Sarah’s road to an Olympic Gold Medal was unconventional, to say the least:
Taking up skiing in her early 20s while studying for a Neuroscience degree, Sarah quickly discovered her natural talent and drive to become a professional skier.
Fast-forward a few years and Sarah is one of the most decorated women in the sport, with an Olympic Gold medal as well as multiple X Games and World Cup medals to her name.
Mathilde is one of the rawest, natural freestyle talents in the women’s game. Style comes easily to Mathilde, who is at the heart of the progression happening on the competition circuit.
Mathilde took home the gold medal at X Games Norway ‘17, stomping the first-ever switch double cork 1080 at a womens’ event, with her trademark fluidity, to boot.
The third leg of Faction’s Swiss trifecta, Mathilde brings the heat in THE COLLECTIVE.
The first athlete from this crew that signed with Faction, Giulia has been a rising star in the women’s freeski circuit for the past 5 years. At 21 years young she has already stood high on many podiums across numerous slopestyle competitions and is the reigning Swiss Big Air champion.
Giulia holds her own as part of the very talented Swiss Freeski team. When not on the snow, Giulia either hits up the waves with some surfing or can be found cramming school studies into her busy sporting schedule.
Caroline has been skiing since she could walk and broke onto the scene in 2014 after winning the USASA nationals.
Caroline is a hard-charging, fierce slopestyle competitor with her sights set on greatness. Currently on the US Rookie Team she is competing in all major events and is climbing the pro ranks.
Also known as “Coach Carol” due to her summers spent coaching groms, Caroline is truly ringing in the next generation of freestyle skiing.
Margaux is Faction’s dark horse. Relatively new to the scene and our team, Margaux will be hitting the FIS Freestyle World Cup Circuit this winter.
Native to both La Clusaz, France and New Zealand, Margaux’s quick progress is boosted by back-to-back winters between Europe and NZ.
Margaux brings her signature style and stoke to skiing and we look forward to seeing what she will do next.
