European Warehouse Transition: Shipping FAQ | June - July 2026
We are currently relocating our European warehouse to improve our logistics and serve you better in the future. While this is an important step for us, it unfortunately means that order shipments within Europe are experiencing temporary delays.
We know waiting for your order without a clear delivery date is frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this transition. Please read the FAQ below for more details on how this might affect your purchase.

Why is my European order delayed?
We are currently in the process of physically moving our inventory and operations to a new warehouse facility in Europe. During this transition we will not be able to ship orders, so there will be a delay in processing.
How long will the delay last?
At this moment, we do not have a concrete timeline for when normal shipping operations will resume. Our team is working diligently to get the new warehouse fully operational as quickly as possible. We will update this page and notify affected customers the moment shipments restart.
Are orders outside of Europe affected?
No. This delay is strictly limited to orders fulfilling from our European location excluding Switzerland. If your order is shipping to a location outside of Europe, or in Switzerland it will be processed and dispatched according to our normal delivery timelines.
Does this affect non EU countries as well?
Yes, all countries in Europe including UK, Norway and non EU states will experience delays.
Switzerland is partially exempt, however, some orders may experience delays as well.
Can I cancel my delayed European order?
No. We completely understand that you may not be satisfied waiting for an undefined period of time and we sincerely apologies for the inconvenience.
How will I know when my order finally ships?
As soon as our new European warehouse is fully online and your package leaves the facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.
