Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for damaged, used (including mounted skis), or unlabeled products.
Please consider the environmental cost before returning products.
A return authorization number is required before sending any items back.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in full within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original order.

Return Shipping Fee

  • If the product is defective: shipping costs are covered by us.
  • For customer’s convenience returns or exchanges: shipping costs are borne by the customer.
